Another Day at the Zoo

Lauren, Sophia, Tracie, Sydney & I went to the zoo last week and it was VERY crowded. I guess everyone had the idea to get outside and enjoy the nice weather.

We had a picnic then let the girls walk around this area.

Sydney really enjoyed the giraffes and the elephants.

And the monkeys. Maybe because she is one herself :-).

Time to go home.

Outdoor Fun

We took Sydney outside after dinner to enjoy the nice weather. We went for a short walk down the street, but she just wanted to come back and walk up and down the driveway. Then she wanted to make laps around Brian.

Her first boo boo. Ok, so she has fallen indoors and did a face plant outside, but this is her first(and not last) scraped knee. (And no, she wasn't picking her nose - bad angle!)

Sydney got a new toy - a set of musical instraments. She has so much fun playing with each one.

Another Day With Sydney

We drove down to Highlands Ranch to meet Amelia Grant (Kim & John's new daughter) and to go to a consignment sale. The horse is one of the toys that Sydney came home with.

I decided to have my own Easter Egg hunt next year so I went and bought 1/2 price plastic eggs after Easter. Sydney found the bag and played with some of the egg packages.

Now what do I do with them?

This is how Sydney fell asleep for her nap yesterday. The picture is fuzzy since it is a picture of the monitor. We didn't want to go in and accidentally wake her up.

Easter Morning

We didn't do munch on Easter morning except hang around the house. We opened our box from the Easter bunny. Sydney put on her new bonnet with her pjs and had a grand 'ole time.
