I was geared up to get some Fall pictures of Sydney at the pumpkin patch last week. Tracie went with us to see cute Miss Sydney all dolled up surrounded by pumpkins. Unfortunately Sydney didn't want to cooperate and these 2 pictures were the only good ones taken. She was being clingy so it was hard to get a picture of her. Hopefully next year we will be more successful.


Here we are back at the house where Sydney was much happier. The first picture is of Sydney & Tracie.

Da Da

All Sydney wanted to say yesterday was da da da da. Brian is excited that she is saying "da da" ;-). It really is cute. She continued with it today.

New Toy

Sydney got a new toy the other day and LOVES it. She will crawl over to it and stand up on her own to play.

Catching Up

Wow - time has been flying by. Sorry for the lack of posts. Below are some pictures of Sydney the past couple of weeks. I will keep working on getting videos up.

These are pictures of our last hike. Sydney took her nap on the way up and talked to us all during the hike. It was much cooler than we expected and had all the extra clothes we had on her. She loves to hike and tells all about everything she sees.

I have to say this was the cutest thing. Sydney didn't want to go to sleep, however finally nodded off as she was trying to peep over the bumper pads.

Crawling

Finally, a video of Sydney crawling. She has been going thru a clingy stage and wanting mommy a lot. Here she is finding me in the kitchen trying to cook dinner. Although lately we are not eating until she goes to bed around 7:30.

Tuerk Festivities

Gabe & Julie got hitched last weekend. Sydney and I went to brunch with the girls while Brian went to brunch with the guys. Sydney was such a happy girl all morning, however with only one nap by 4:00, it started out a long night for the wedding. The wedding was in Boulder. Unfortunately, with Brian in the wedding and Sydney being fussy, we didn't get a good family photo from the event.

Hiking at Rainbow Lakes

Brian, Sydney & I went on a hike at Rainbow Lakes west of Boulder. It turned out to be a short hike by the time we got there, fed Sydney and had to return home for Brian to attend Gabe's wedding rehearsal.
