Sydney Emma French was born on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at 5:14 am after 5.5 hours of labor. She was 6 lbs 13 ounces and 20 1/4 inches long. Welcome to the world little one!
I love these pictures of Sydney the day she was born. Her hair is the prettiest color. Sweet little mouth. Can't wait to see her. This blog is the best.
I love babies!! She is so beautiful! You are so lucky! Your lives (and hearts) will forever be filled with love and laughter. Did you hear that I have been called the "Baby Whisperer"? Tracie may have inherited this magic, try her out! Congratulations to you both and to your families... I am so happy that your little earth angel has arrived!
The Truckee Frenchs are very happy for you both, and so excited that Sydney has finally made her grand entrance into this world. She is gorgeous and has the prettiest head of hair. Your lives will now be forever changed, and only for the better. Get some sleep, because you will both need it. And, Brian, as I know you will, be a participant in this stage of her life by changing diapers, feeding her, bathing her, and doing all of the other things to care for her needs. She will hear your voice and see your face and it will only increase the affection and bond that will exist between the two of you. That bond will be important later in life when she does things that will test your patience. If she knows that there is that foundation of love between you, that will increase the odds that she will ease into adulthood without many of the severe traumas that plague so many familes.
You are both in for the time of your lives. Buckle up and enjoy the ride! Uncle Bob, Aunt Kathy, Allison & Spencer
