Snapshots

Here are some more snapshots of Sydney. Of course, most of them are of her sleeping :-). Since the last posting, we have been on a few outings. We to Parker Wilson's first birthday party. Katie, Sydney & Janell went to meet Brian for lunch at Wahoo's. Sydney has now been to Sam's Club, Blockbuster, Hobby Lobby and Home Depot. She has hit the main spots!

Pops, Gran & Grammy

We have had a few visitors in the last couple of weeks. Gran & Pops came for a week, then Grammy came for a week.

First Walk Around the Neighborhood

We decided to go for a walk in the neighborhood on Sunday afternoon since it was a warm afternoon. We also learned our first lesson - don't head out the door when it is feeding time! We got to the end of the street and then had to head back home. We did make it back outside for a short walk and she slept the whole time. It was very nice to get out and get some fresh air.

We all got to go home on Tuesday afternoon. The hospital stay was a great experience- the facility was very nice, and all of the nurses were great. Brian took off the rest of the week to spend at home.

Sydney's Birth

Sydney Emma French was born on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at 5:14 am after 5.5 hours of labor. She was 6 lbs 13 ounces and 20 1/4 inches long. Welcome to the world little one!
